Just a note to thank you and your team for selling our house on Sonata earlier this month in such a short time.

As you know, I am in business and often deal with consultants and ‘suppliers’ (which you clearly are not). I can honestly say that, in terms of the level of service, skill, sheer competence and sincere desire to help, it is rare indeed to have such a positive experience. Clearly, there is a reason why Ecko Jay Realty sells more homes in the Banbury area than any realtor – and, from what I hear, by quite a margin.

Your team – your own staff, the de-cluttering company, the decorator you brought in – all worked so well together.

Everyone, of course, wants to realize the full value of their home. I doubt that there are many agents out there who have the level of negotiating skills to deliver a true win on that value virtually every time.

But what really sold us on your approach was that, from the start, you had a clear idea of how you wanted to present our property to the market – what we needed to do to it, the presentation, the price and so on — and then you made it your personal mission to deliver! We knew then that we were in good hands.

There are many realtors out there. Like most people, we wanted to find an agent who was totally committed to us. Well, that’s Ecko Jay.
